Wall Control has a number of options for home, garage, and industrial use. Sure it's pricier than standard pegboard but it seems like there is a greater range of accessory and customizing options. A basic 32" x 32" piece of the steel board, available in nine powder-coated colors will cost you $45.00. Click here for Wall Control's online catalog and to learn more about the various accessories.

Did you hear that?

That was the sound of my Fiance's 50 coffee mugs demanding a new home.

That looks so much nicer than the pressboard pegboards that I always associate with musty independent hardware stores that haven't been remodeled in 50 years... like the colors and the added versitility w/ the shelf bracket slots.

I can envision a use for these. The website has a lot more household uses, of both decorative and utilitarian types, and all the accessories. I really like this, thanks for posting about it.

I was really tempted to buy a metal pegboard from McMaster Carr - but this is incredibly tempting.

I too have been eyeballing this for a while, the wall control brand does seem to be the most affordable out there now, they also sell the plain galvanized, 1 AT A TIME tho, on ebay, if you look at their history of sales, it usually stops a bit cheaper than from their website direct.

Something to note, especially for apt dwellers, is it comes with it's own frame, old school pegboard, while very cheap, requires that you build a frame to keep it away from the wall, so the hooks will work.
