apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Home Fitness Furniture by Lucie Koldova

This sleek collection of furniture from Lucie Koldova all performs a dual function. In addition to a table, a storage cabinet and shelving — it's also home exercise equipment.

The cabinet looks great — but I hope it would function just as well stock full of objects and belongings! And the table? A great idea for dual functionality — let's just hope it doesn't start to smell like a gym!

This is a fabulous small space idea! More, please! Elliptical ottomans, bench press armoires, I have SO been waiting for these....

I so want to like this. But if it means I have to clean off the dining table to do dips, then that means I'm not doing them.

I find that free weights, a yoga mat, a pull-up bar mounted in a doorway don't take up that much space. It's is easy enough to patch the holes from the pull-up bar when you move.

Honestly, I don't think it's attractive as furniture either. Like some tall black refrigerator with weird bars on the outside.

I don't find it attractive. I have the space for it, but let's be real. It's only going to collect dust.
