Topia Inn: A Sustainable Stay in the Berkshires
Western Massachusetts

We appreciate every little green gesture that hotels make, but we’re especially impressed by the Topia Inn of Adams, Massachusetts which boasts a near zero carbon impact by utilizing solar panels and 100% biodiesel vegetable oil power. Every detail of the artist-designed rooms is aimed at being environmentally friendly: from the organic bedding and bath products to the dual flush water saving designer toilets and air filtration system that changes and circulates fresh air once per hour...

There is tons of outdoor fun to be had in the Berkshires, plus the hotel is minutes from Mass MoCA, one of our favorite sources of art and design inspiration in New England.

Wow! Have an aversion to sterile hotel sleeping pods but I would LOVE to sleep in those rooms.
