James Hackney is the Chef de Cuisine over at L'Espalier, but he'll be taking the night off to tell us how his cooking has been inspired and influenced by the French--oh, and he'll be cooking us a 3-course dinner as well!

We also wanted to point your attention to a series of dinners happening at the New England Aquarium. The "Celebrate Seafood Dinner Series" combines excellent food prepared by local chefs with engaging dialogue about how we can be incorporating more seasonal and local seafood into our meals.
