We're not sure just where Bottleman lives. But we're intrigued by his self-described "tiny, environmentally sensitive house." The 400-square foot home includes a 120-square foot skylit loft with a plexiglas circle in the floor, beautiful woodwork and copper piping, a concrete curved eating counter, pocket doors, and an alternating tread staircase...
The conversion from a 280-square foot garage to a house cost $75,000 (including permit and architect costs).

hi, thanks for the link out even when i've been neglecting my blog. the house is working well for the tenant (I don't live there myself). I'll post a pic of the outside today.
