Design: BRANN Pendant Lights
Materials: Bamboo veneer, LED Bulbs, Brass stems and canopies
Designer: Jeremy Pickett
"The BRANN pendant lights accomplish two goals I set for the project. First, the manufacturing is completely sustainable. The Bamboo veneer (arguably the most sustainable wood product) is finished with a water based, low VOC poly. The LED bulbs are energy efficient and a single bulb can last decades."

"Second, the soft, directional lighting provides excellent mood lighting and the natural bamboo shades evoke a sense of calmness and zen.
The lights are an excellent choice for kitchen islands, bathrooms, gallery space, and home offices."

More interested in the side with the join in it, never seen a lamp like this that doesnt have an eyesore for a join in the materials.
Great design Jeremy! We love it! -The Kendall's
good Jeremy. love to see one in a matte driftwood finish. i bet the wood warms up the led light too.
We've seen them in person - and these pieces are beautiful from all angles. Jeremy is an incredibly skilled craftsman and really knows how to handle his joinery.
You can read more about it in our feature on his studio: http://bit.ly/9l19Zx
These are beautiful, but I gave them a one. A wood (grass) veneer barrel lamp isn't innovative or new. I've seen this concept for years.
@thewipf -- these are the loveliest I've ever seen. I've definitely seen the concept before, too. I never saw any that comes near to his thoughtful and flawless execution (especially the one that is more oval!!). So covetous!
We finally have power back at our shop.

Hopefully, this addresses concerns about the attractiveness of the joint.
Constintine - Also as a result of the storm, I'm inheriting a 200 year old black locust tree that fell down in Staten Island. When it's ready, I'll make a shade out of it for you.
