Bread Boxes

We recently read that keeping bread in the refrigerator actually accelerates staleness. Apparently the best way to store bread is in a dark, not too damp or dry place to allow the bread to slowly release moisture. Here are a few stylish options that can save the day:

love this post on bread boxes jon.. what a great way keep bread fresh and to hide overly functional packaging.

Best place to keep bread is in the microwave oven. It has just the right amount of airflow to keep bread from going stale or moldy for a long time. Really. It's true.
