The Upper East Side townhome that served as the facade for Holly Golightly's apartment in the 1961 classic Breakfast at Tiffany's has sold for $7.4 million.

The property, most recently listed for $8 million, is a 3,800-square-foot brownstone with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a sweeping staircase and an enclosed greenhouse, broken up into an upper and lower duplex.

In an October 2014 interview, the listing agent stated noted that 169 E 71st St's “signature olive green doors are still the same.”
