- What I Love About My Small Home:
- We love the loft-style open floor plan, the mezzanine, the abundance of natural light, the glass wall.
- Biggest Challenge of Living in a Small Space
- The glass wall. We solved it by installing motorized black out blinds. And, we bought a couch, chair, entertainment unit, and dining room set that are all low profile. This maximizes the height of the glass wall.

I loved your house tour and I'm so glad you entered this competition! Can you please tell me where you got that large painting on a white canvas in your dining area?
I love this space! Clean, simple, modern.
I just fell in love with his bed sheet and a little wall mount with the painting on!! striking.
Thanks underpants! The painting was actually done by me. Vote for us!!!!
This place is awesome...clean lines but still feels really cozy and warm which is surprising with all the concrete and grey. I love your barstools!
Love the clear furniture! Just enough to allow your eye to go "through" it, but not too much to where it feels...too cold or sterile.
Great place, looks like a place to enjoy a nice glass of vino.
I could never live in a place so clean, simple, and modern, but it is a beautiful space. You got my vote.
my dream space for real! lucky!!!
LOVE IT!!!! My favourite by far!
i absolutely love the color palette. and those lucite (or whatever) high chairs... perfection! looks like your shelving unit the the kitchen is getting a bit overcrowded, but i know storage is a constant challenge in a place like this. you've done well!
the only thing i don't like is the off-center lion picture in the bedroom. seems out of place.
I wish there were a better shot of the stairwell walls, the lion picture is actually accompanied by a leopard photo taken by a photographer friend while on a safari. From the view point of the picture shown it does look off center & a little out of place.
I’d have to have something on those windows, prying eyes. Otherwise, lovely.
really cool. I love the hand-drawn plan too:)
I do love this space and think the decor looks great. However, it could be taken higher to make this space look even more amazing! For example, I think a plush rug should be put under the white lounge chair in the living space to define it. This would add a little texture to the space, but not too much. Also, the bedspread upstairs is a little too high school. Switch it out for something more mature and sexy like the space. The picture above the bed appears out of place and awkward. I'd suggest adding more photos, center the current one, or replace it with a large mirror or larger photo. Overall, I love this space. I'd totally live there!

Love the way you tackled those two very tall walls! Well done!
So cool!
Can everyone just see right in at night? Little creepy, too me. But the place is sweet!
It's the architecture that makes this one so cool.
I am so impressed to see what your place has become, i never realized the potential it has but i have to hand it to you it looks absolutely amazing and i love it and yes the bedroom is my favorite ( wish i was snuggled in those cumfy sheets right now ) ........kara xoxo
Aspiring to decorate my future Boston/Cambridge apartment like this! So simple, bright, and functioning!
i love the POLKA DOTS!!!
