- I love that it's colorful and eclectic - but still relaxing - and that so many pieces with family history have a home there.

- Surround yourself with things you love, and it's hard to go wrong. Organization-wise, my closet is tiny, so using dressers as bedside tables has been a lifesaver.
- In modern homes, bedrooms have become more than just a place to sleep; they can be a retreat, a home office, a library, a relaxation zone. What are some ways you make the most of your bedroom?
- I work from home, and though I have a home office, I'm certainly guilty of "working from bed." And I've spent many Sunday afternoons camped out in bed with the dogs and a book or movie. Never underestimate the perfect comforter!

I love the old desk (?) that is being used as a night table and vanity. Really nice bedroom and adorable dog.
This room is lovely and warm and different from a lot of the other rooms which is good too. I get a sense of the person too, and love your dog. Looks like a lovely place to relax with the dog and just be. Lovely serene room.

That last line is so true! I have been hesitant to redecorate my bedroom until I find the perfect comforter, because I know I will build around that. I have been searching the ends of the internet for a coral striped comforter, and there it is!! Can you please tell me where you found it?
It's from The Company Store, but I don't believe they still carry it. I've seen a similar one at Garnet Hill I believe. Good luck! -Brittney
