BrocadeHome screwed over who knows how many people who ordered anything in the weeks before they shut down last year. Credit card refunds took months, the wrong items were shipped, customer service was non-existent (literally an answering machine and calls to Restoration Hardware, who runs BrocadeHome, were of no use).

No clue why ApartmentTherapy still gives positive press to BrocadeHome -- check out the comments on old posts about it. Horrible experiences approaching fraud.
