Remember the Brooklyn bodega that was shilling curated extension cords and baked vegan cat food to protest an insane rent hike? Jesse's Deli is back, and offering its front window space on Airbnb for the gentrified price of $329 per night.

To cover the increased rent from $4,000 to $13,000, the "AirBnBodega" would actually have to charge $329 per night. The deli is fighting the hike in court.

The activists behind the artisanal sale and AirBnBodega campaign are also fighting for the Small Business Jobs Survival Act, which would include protections for commercial business tenants, such as 10-year lease minimums.
