Build a Ship for Your Little Pirate

Kate's Creative Space

Ahoy, me hearties! While we're just a tad late to celebrate International Talk Like A Pirate Day, we're still head over heels for this DIY pirate ship from Kate's Creative Space.

Kate's projects are always beautiful, and her attention to detail is second to none. Her son's pirate ship comes equipped with a telescope (made from toilet paper rolls), a fishing pole (from a wooden spoon and ribbons) and life preservers (from extra curtain rings). It's a lovely alternative to a playhouse and perfect for boys or girls who love pirates.
