Are you convinced you were born in the wrong era? Long to live in the sets of Mad Men? Day dream about one day owning an Eichler? It's all possible for under $30, assuming you have a great imagination. You'll be the talk of the neighborhood as you host cocktail parties and Sunday barbecues (who cares if they are miniature and made of paper?).
Replete with Barcelona Chairs, Noguchi Tables, bullet planters and bouffants, these cut out sets from illustrator Maxim Dalton playfully recreate a bygone era. Available in a Cocktail Party Cut Out Set or a Sunday Barbecue Cut Out Set, they can also be hung on the wall in one piece as posters. Now, who is ready to play house?

Nomade Express Slee...
Nah, I don't long to be barred from eating at the Macy's lunch counter, from voting, from working at a decent job, or doing all the other things I enjoy nowadays. I don't long to have to listen to Betty Draper go on and on about stupid shit when I have real problems to deal with at home. Hell no I wasn't born in the wrong era.
Don't care how nice the design is. Give me equal rights any day.
I was thinking how much I would love to live in the 50's again, but I forgot it wasn't great for everyone. Thanks for the perspective Aaliyah. We all need that reminder.
I don't want to live in the 50's but, I do love that style of furnishings and architecture. It's definitely my favorite.
@Aaliyah537
Bwahahaha!! FTW! you're very right ;-)
loving design from an era is something completely different than wanting to live in that era.
I really like these papercraft things! Might get my scissors and make one when I have the time... looks like a nice little project.
Right on, Aaliyah537!
Beautiful aesthetic, but really? I'm glad to be living in a time when being smacked in the ass at work isn't acceptable, and I'm no one's "little woman". Oh, and would rather not be afraid of atom bombs flying from the sky, but I do love the atomic era design!
Being gay wasn't exactly a picnic back then either...
...but in many ways, and despite the inequalities of the era, folks did behave better in general.
That '50s-era paper pool party is integrated. I... er... don't want to pop anyone's MCM bubble, but....
this is plain madness
