Buying vs. Waiting (At Parents' House)?

Good Questions

Q: I got my first big-girl job with a salary and benefits this past March. I'm still living at home, and I know that I want to buy a condo rather than rent, but the problem is the down payment. Normally, I would suck it up and live at home for an additional year to save up 20 percent; however, I started dating this amazing guy (trying not to be too sappy) about 4 months ago, and suddenly I'm feeling a bit rushed.

I feel guilty about always spending time at his place (he lives alone), and making him drive half an hour when he does come to mine. Should we just deal with it and wait until I can save up the 20 percent, or should I pay PMI and a higher interest rate to get out now? I'm feeling completely conflicted. Many thanks!
