This just in: California's State Assembly has finally passed a bill that would ban the use of Bispehenol-A (BPA) in children's feeding products, including bottles, sippy-cups, baby food, and formula. The Toxin-Free Infants and Toddlers Act "prohibit(s) the manufacture, sale, or distribution of the above products designed for children 3 and younger that contain more than 0.1 parts per billion (ppb) of BPA." The bill now heads to the State Senate for final approval.
