Q: I'm in love with these tables — I am going for a white theme in my apartment and am searching for a perfect set of nesting tables to complete my look. Any recommendations? I'm looking for something to match with a Le Corbusier couch and two Wassily chairs.

White Enamel Four-P...
Those are the Fat Fat Tables designed by Patricia Urquiola and manufactured by B&B Italia

I love these tables too, but I think that you need something warmer, more textured, perhaps even primitive, to counter the machined perfection of a le Corbu sofa and Wassily chair. I'll try to ponder some possible options.
Here also (the ones with 3 legs in the second picture):

I want to share this set of nesting tables from Design Within Reach....
They are beautiful and comes in different finishes including white. I bought a set two years ago and love them.

I second Mschatelaine's suggestion to try and create a counterpoint to the strict linear rigidity of the chairs and sofa. If you notice, in the brand photo, the tables are set off by a sofa that, while minimalist and angular, has a certain informality and bed like quality to its appearance. Yin and yang - but they work together. For a room to hold interest, it usually requires a mix of contrasts, and since you are limiting yourself to a single color, that really only leaves you with shape, material, or texture to work with to create that contrast.
Here is a coffee table that might work for you. It is not a nesting table, but it has an amorphous shape that is designed to evoke stone worn soft and round by water. The table comes in other colors, but here is a picture of it finished in gloss white. This gloss finish allows it to stay in your white and contemporary world, but has a softer shape to counterpoint the sharper angles of the sofa and chair:

I've been mulling it over, and have concluded that the key will be the rug you go with. The most classic and traditional way that the LC1 and Wassily chairs have been combined is with a very richly patterned, traditional, colourful (red!) Persian type carpet on the floor.
Adding warmth with a traditional rug such as this will let you use nesting tables such as the FatFat... the FatFat is actually quite light and thin, and contrasts nicely with the heavy (black?) leather of the LC1 (or LC2, LC3?) and the Kandinsky chair.
You may also wish to consider something like this Liaigre side table to add more texture:

I agree with the comments suggesting you mix it up with the styles and periods of furniture you use that will in the end make it much more interesting and balanced. Check out this table from DWR that appears to be a large piece of an old wooden beam or support column in white that would work great with what you've described buying: http://www.dwr.com/product/47-table.do?sortby=ourPicks. I also agree with the comment and suggestion of using an oriental or Persian rug. However instead of using a bright red as suggested stick with your neutral theme and check out these stunning rugs in shades of beige, white, cream and tan: http://www.abccarpet.com/store/store/pc/Neutral-c108.htm. Happy shopping and decorating!
Check out the new West Elm catalog. They have some nice options. I particularly think a set of 3 or 5 of the Hex Side Table, with its marble top and organic shape, would be nice:

The Layered Side Table, with its rounded tiers could also be a nice counter-balance to all of your straight lines:

If it didn't have to be nesting tables, the Origami Coffee Table could also work:

What's your budget? Do you like these ones because they are white, round, both? IKEA has affordable nesting tables: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10135027/
But I agree with the other posters - you may want to 'warm' up the space... these wood ones are beautiful:
