Caroline Kennedy is listing over 90 acres of land on Martha's Vineyard, part of the original 366 acres purchased by Jackie Onassis in 1978. Neither of the two parcels, going for $20 million and $25 million, has a structure, but have "rolling dunes, Squibnocket Pond views, and Atlantic Ocean views." Not to mention famous neighbors.
