It's hard to recycle CD's, we know. We've seen previous attempts of using CD's to make a lamp, but it's nothing as elaborate or dramatic as the lamps Transparent House have created with old cassette tapes.

The lamps come in different colors too. Each uses a bright, cool-burning neon light to keep the plastic cassettes from melting.Available has not yet been discussed, but I'm sure if you pester them enough they'll start mass producing them for all. Or you could just... do it yourself, right?
