This weekend, my mom called with some sad news about her dog, Dakota, a handsome malamute mix with different-colored eyes and a singular personality. She'd had to put him down unexpectedly. It wasn't a total surprise, as he was an old boy who'd led a good, long life. But still (sniff). And the worst part for her? Coming home and seeing his stuff everywhere. No matter how much we love our homes, animal lovers realize that some concessions have to be made for our pets. Dogs need things to lay on and things to chew almost as much as they need things to bark at incessantly for no reason. More
It's been exciting times over here. After years of use and countless internal updates, my laptop was finally lagging enough to warrant an upgrade (Photoshop is a love/hate relationship of codependency, I tell ya).
