Take a moment to sit back and let the cheerful, well-traveled style of Camille entertain you as we go behind the blog of Camille Styles. This ambitious, driven, mother-to-be has been on the fast track ever since she moved to Austin in 2006 — leaping from a position at a catering company to the head of her own events company to the personality behind the lifestyle and entertainment blog featured today. We had a chat at her home office to see how she brings it all together. More

Location: Sydney, Australia
Size: 108 square feet

When photographer Louise Hawson realized she didn't know her own city all that well she did something about it. She set herself the task of visiting 52 of Sydney's suburbs - one a week for a year. She was looking for beauty in the everyday and with her keen eye she found it. The blog where she ran the photos caught the attention of the Museum of Sydney. Not only did they put on a show of the photographs, and New South Press published a book entitled...yep, you guessed it, 52 Suburbs. Hawson now has her sights set on the rest of the globe with a new project shooting suburbs of well-known cities all over the world. More

Name: Shelby White of Wanken.com & Designspiration.net
Location: Portland, Oregon
Size: 700 square feet

Tell us a bit about Wanken: Wanken originally started as a video production venture by brother and myself in 2004. After a while video production become less of an interest so I took Wanken and ran with it in a different direction involving design and photography. The first versions of Wanken.com were interesting to say the least--full flash sites with intros and hit counters. When the blog started it was only photography but soon after, my interests evolved; architecture and graphic design became more prominent. Right now the blog is mostly focused on Mid-century & Swiss design, architecture, photography and music. More
