I was just thinking this weekend while traveling this weekend how much my photography habits have changed in just the last year. Where I once lugged a DSLR and a couple lenses everywhere I went, I'm now prone to leave the camera and rely completely on my smartphone's 8 megapixel camera for social events, sharing what I've captured via Instagram or Facebook, and never worry about transferring and processing the images back at home (of course, for work-related photos, I still turn to my tried and true Nikon).
