I was surveying the new 2013 IKEA catalog and noticed the IKEA PS 2012, a bamboo top table listed for the dining room. But everything about it says it would be perfectly fine being moved from the dining room and into a workspace as a desk instead. Who says you need to abide by labels? A table is a table, and a dining table can be a desk...add a task lamp, office chair, laptop, and other desk organizing pieces, and nobody it was supposed to be a dining table. And the bonus: you could give yourself an excuse for eating at your desk!
