Name: Andy Corbin and Matt Mirarchi
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Size: 1,100 square feet
Years lived in: 2 years (Matt), 7 months (Andy); Rent
I first visited Matt's Eclectic Park Avenue Pad in Raleigh, North Carolina back in October of 2011. At the time I was completely blown away by his ability to turn his 1901 duplex rental into a visually stunning respite filled with a hodgepodge of hand-painted art, vintage furniture, and personal photographs. His unique Art Deco and Mid Century finds blended effortlessly with the space's 100-year-old wood floors and glass doorknobs.
Name: Stephanie Sheldon of Noun, and Thomas Nevarez
Location: Portland, Oregon
Size: 1,300 square feet
Years lived in: 3 years; owned
Thomas and Stephanie moved into their 1963 ranch home three years ago and have enjoyed the process of making it their own. By adopting a slow and steady approach to decorating, they have created a comfortable and stylish home that truly represents their personalities.
Erin Adams brings a great deal of design history and experience to Brainworks Home, her LA vintage store. Since 1988, Erin has worked as an artist, art director and interior designer, with projects in Las Vegas and LA. Over the years she has also developed up a great eye for vintage housewares and talented artists - both of which are represented in her shop.
MoreName: Cory Andreen
Location: Mainzerstraße, Berlin-Neukölln
Size: 240 square meters/2,583 square feet
Years lived in: 2.5 years, rented
Cory Andreen's large, shared loft in the Neukölln district of Berlin is at the top of what was originally a chemical factory during World War I. Though now a fully residential building, the space maintains its rugged industrial elements in its utilitarian flooring (sheets of glazed plywood), the large metal beam bisecting the main living space, and the industrial strength steel doors.
India Shannon has a crush on color. One stroll through her web shop, Apt528, makes that very clear. In addition to an eye for color, India can also spot a quality mid-century piece from a mile away, a knack that benefits anyone browsing her store.

Project by: Jill Danyelle: Art & Design
Location: Upper West Side, NYC
Jill tells us about her work on this home: I really enjoy getting to know my clients and creating a space that speaks not only to their functional needs, but also feels like their home when they walk in the door. This apartment is a one bedroom in a co-op building on West End Ave. The vibe for the space was a mix of classic, more traditional pieces combined with some rustic and Old World Spanish notes.
