So. is a small collection of shelving and tables from Italy. The bulk of the series is made up of a few sizes of small-scaled support units that are then customized with the coordinating shelves. Shelves can also be used to join separate support units and create a truly custom shelving solution.

Maison & Objet is much more than just a cutting edge furniture show (like ICFF) - it also combines lots of housewares, bed and bath and decor items (think Home & Housewares meets NYIGF). One of the trends I spotted in the more "home goods" based sections of the show was a move toward gradient based color stories; both in multiple items in gradients of a color family being place together or through stripes... At Maison & Objet, one of the most interesting shows-within-a-show was "Editeurs", exhibiting the best of fabrics and wallpaper - everything to do with pattern. While you would think of florals as a classic through and through, the ones I noticed are yet another new reinvention of the past; over the top, decadent, often dark and very dramatic.
