- Inspiration for my palette:
- My color inspiration came from a painting that I have from a good friend Shannon McIntyre. The movement of the paint and bright vibrant colors make me smile and I wanted to have that feeling in my living room. I also love the gold foil accents and had those metallic touches all around the room.

- Inspiration for my palette:
- Living in a small studio apartment, capitalizing on natural light is key. Having white as the main color in the room keeps it bright and airy. To anchor the space, I used different wood pieces and navy blue accents which stand out against the white walls.

- Inspiration for my palette:
- This bathroom is located in my work studio at home and as such, the goal was to integrate it into the overall experience of being in my creative space. I wanted to create an artistic, dramatic, welcoming and cozy feeling while using a color featured in the main space.

- Inspiration for my palette:
- I wanted a neutral-gender color scheme for my son’s nursery. We already had all the white furniture and I love grey. So I just needed to add some color. I wanted the room to be a happy and bright space so I was between green, orange and yellow as accent colors. After creating three mood boards and seeing everything together, and with some help from family and friends, we decided on the yellow-grey-white color scheme. Once we started putting the room together I added some brown accents.

- I've always loved warm, bright, jewel colours and really wanted a teal room. This could look cold so you need to work in some warm colours to brighten it up.

- This room is big. It is two stories with tons of large windows. With so much natural light, I wanted to play with a really dark color on the walls and furnishings. Turquoise is my favorite color, so I splashed it all around the room as an accent color. The rug adds a huge punch of pattern and color in the room. The navy rug inspired the center-striped pillow which ties the room together. The teal and green from the other pillows and the ice blue velvet on the chairs match colors in the striped pillow.

- Inspiration for my palette:
- The "room" is a studio apartment, and is actually a living room/dining room/office/library all in one! In such a small space, I wanted a happy color that would give the feel of my own sanctuary in the city. Green is fresh and vibrant, but also soothing. And this room is always cheerful.

- Inspiration for my palette:
- My husband and I decided to be very traditional about our baby, and we did not find out the gender before hand. We wanted a room that would be gender neutral and also serene and peaceful. My sister and mother also offered to do a beautiful wall mural and cloud-like ceiling treatment, so we wanted to keep the rest of the colors light and netural so the room would not be too busy. What we did not know is how much our little bundle of joy would LOVE his light and calming piece of this world!
