Chalkboard paint kind of exploded on the scene a few years ago, and suddenly it was everywhere. Walls, doors, refrigerators, piggybanks — chalkboard paint anywhere you can imagine. And then it seemed to disappear. I think maybe we all got a little burned out. But while some of you may be happy with chalkboard paint going the way of chevron prints, I think it's worth a second look. It's dark and rich and has a certain amount of movement, thanks to all that chalk, and besides that, it's just fun, because it enables you to make your walls into anything you want (and then change them a week later).
