Like most people these days, we have stainless steel appliances in our kitchen. They were here when we moved in and I do like the way they look and actually find them relatively easy to maintain and clean (Pledge is my go-to cleaner for the fridge, oddly). With two little kids running around, Julia and Adam’s 1920 California bungalow in downtown Sacramento started to feel a little cramped. The humidifier is one of the least glamorous items in a child's room, but in the cold dry winter months it can be an absolute necessity. Crane humidifiers do the job and boost the cute factor in the process. More
