CD Jewel Cases to Photo Frames

Most of us buy our music online. It's more efficient and, when you think about it, greener, since there is no packaging to dispose of. We've also uploaded all of our music. We sold some of our CDs and gave the rest away. Somehow, though, we were left with a bunch of empty jewel cases which we were going to toss until......we were reminded of this idea when we came across it on the Sunset Magazine website. It's simple to do. Just crop your photos down to 5 3/8 x 4 5/8, back them with a same size piece of cardboard and attach to the wall. We like the idea of using velcro; we can take down the cases to change the photos. We also like them in multiples; hang them in a grid, as shown here, line them up or let them lean in a picture railing.
