Dirk Vander Kooji, Eindhoven-based designer, is the creator of the 'Endless' chair. These chairs are made from one continuous strip of plastic, melted down from old refrigerators and doubled back and forth until it forms a chair. Kooji's production team consists of an old palletising and welding robot, named Fanuc, that he programmed to do the job.

His other work includes inventions like the 'Reflector', an umbrella type disc that is elevated over a space to help optimize sound and light through reflection. I have a feeling this is just the beginning of what we will continue to see from this impressive young designer!
