This recent House Tour on Apartment Therapy is an inspiring example of creative reuse done right: every element in this home is crafted from recycled materials. A garden shed made from broken window shields, a railing sculpture crafted from salvaged steel, mosaics made up of counter-top remnants, not to mention the straw bale construction, green roof, and large edible garden!

Given the owners' backgrounds, this shouldn't be surprising. Bill is the founder and principal architect for the green collaborative, Helicon Works, and Beth is the landscape designer and gardener for her company, Greener than Green Gardens, which is also part of the Helicon collaborative.
