Katherine McPhee is Over It—as in, over looking for a new house. The singer and actress has purchased a new pad in Studio City, Los Angeles for $2.05 million, and it has some Smash-ing details.

The American Idol runner up purchased a 3,527 square feet four bedroom, four bathroom house that was originally built in the 1930s for silent screen star Agnes Ayres, who starred with Rudolph Valentino in "The Sheik," according to Variety.

The three story, Spanish style residence also takes plenty of inspiration from Gothic architecture; the front of the house features a large stone turret and an arched wooden doorway. The living room has vaulted ceilings with wood beams and a commanding stone fireplace. The exposed wood ceilings continue into the dining room, while the renovated kitchen is Mission style with moss green counters. On the main level, there is also a bedroom and bathroom with the home's original wainscoting.

Upstairs is the master suite with fireplace, balcony, and a skylit bathroom, as well as an additional en suite bedroom and a sunroom. The lowest level has the fourth bedroom with a separate entrance, plus a family room with a fireplace, "built-in entertainment unit, walk-in wet bar and glass doors that open to a motor court with two car garage," Variety writes. Outside, there's a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and an open air pavilion that houses the outdoor living room with fireplace.

The Scorpion star is currently selling a smaller 1940s home across town; the 2,039 square foot, three bedroom, two bath house is in the Toluca Lake area of LA. It was originally listed for $1.549 million, but has been reduced to $1.499 million.
