The weather's gorgeous and all we can think about is putting on a ballcap and heading out to watch some baseball. But before we head online to buy seats, we'll be sure to check out Seats 3D, a site that shows you the view from your seat right online. We're gonna have the best spot (that we can afford) in the house!

If you've ever bought tickets on Ticketmaster, you know they have a link to a map of the venue where you're about to buy seats to give you a hint of your view. Think of Seats 3D like that arena guide, but on steroids.

Available for a handful of stadiums, arenas and racetracks right now, Seats 3D is a site that can show you the view from your seats. After you pick a venue and enter your seat and section numbers (you can alternately click on sections in an arena-wide view and navigate to your row), Seats 3D shows you a rendered 3D model of what you'll be looking at when you're there.

It's the perfect tool when you're scouring the usually map-less Craigslist for second-hand tickets. You can see the true value of the seats before you send over the cash. Although, this would be most handy when you're tailgating at a sold-out game and looking to score only mildly over-priced (scalped) tickets. Can we get an iPhone app, Seats 3D?
