We love to see an old pieces of furniture get a new life with fresh paint, hardware, or fabric. We also happen to love robots. But we never thought we'd see these two loves come together so fantastically.
Please say hello to Chester Drawers. We're so pleased to meet him, and he looks pretty happy to meet us, too. He's smiling! Designer Curtis Jinkins from Austin, Texas made his son this awesome robot dresser. What a lucky kid! And what a talented dad to see that old dresser and turn it into something so cool.

That is fantastic!
That's awesome! And it's especially great paired with the artwork and accessories.
I think I just died a little. This is so amazing.
I also love the prints above the dresser. Anyone know where those are from??
Thanks for the kind words! Curtis is my husband, and we found the prints at a junk shop. They were put out by the American Dental Assoc. in the late 50's...
fabulous!
and I too love the prints :)
This is so fabulous! My boys would love the dresser. The prints remind me of the work by John Golden.
Totally awesome!!
The vision to see the "after" in the "before" totally amazes me. Curtis, you are amazing!
