This is the ONLY farmers market in Chicago in November and December to shop for locally grown, sustainable foods, fresh from the farm. The Winter Market highlights our efforts to build a sustainable, year-round, local food system in the Chicago region. Farmers are working hard to extend their growing season, using hoop houses and greenhouses, so that you can continue to enjoy fresh local produce throughout the year.
There’s still an amazing abundance of food in November and December. Shop for fruits, vegetables, beef, poultry, lamb, cheese, eggs, mushrooms, sprouts, herbs, salsas, sauces, honey, pies, baked goods and flowers.
Chicagoans, enjoy local, fresh foods this winter while you can!
