After our first full week of AT Chicago, Janel and I are ready for week two. If you got here by way of New York, Los Angeles, or The Kitchen, then you already know what's happening in the coastal cities. But if you came directly to the Chicago site to see, read, and share Chicago, know that we can't wait to continue what we started. Last week, Janel opened up our classifieds section, calling for good stuff under a few good guidelines. Also, since we are so Spring-happy, we've been bringing you tips and places focused on gardening and growing.
And of course, furniture, furniture, furniture. Between our Wright Now Scavenger, Ebay Scavenger, and Craigslist Scavenger, we are totally scavenging for you. Expect more of that this week and every week, including Chicago house tours (and apartments, of course), lists of events and sales, and the everyday inspiration we find in our homes and in our city.
We welcome you to join our daily open thread if you've got something to contribute or questions to ask. Thanks to all the readers who have already visited the site: your comments, tips and questions are invaluable to us! (Photos courtesy of Chicago Uncommon. Thanks, Uncommon!)
