A Graphic Toronto Home

We ran across some amazing photos of a beautiful Toronto home today - graphic in the extreme, the photos of the black and white interiors reveal a super stylized, very architectural space. It's both decorative and wonderfully minimal...

...at the same time.

Originally built in the 1970's, this most recent renovation by gh3 Architects was completed in 2007. According to the post at Design42Day, the new design opened up the main level to its current loft-like open space. Our favorite design details? The warmth of the dark brown furniture against all that black and white and those amazing double-height drapes.

Take a look at the full article and all the wonderful photos right here at Design42Day.

This has made the rounds, but I never tire of it. Why must you tease me AT, with these images, are you trying to make me jealous? Ok, fine, I'm jealous. Are you happy now? Me lovey. (brilliant white sustains me at the moment)

The architect is an amazing artist... a scupltor. Just love this -- and I usually don't go for things this austere.

Gorgeous!
