One of our favorite things in the home is the built-in seating shown in the photo up top. We love the high, tufted bench back that takes advantage of the light streaming in from the original arched window. Midwest Living featured the home and provides many more photographs right here.
Those barstools are great.
anyone know who designed them?

Well. This started out exciting, then went way downhill. Cool old building, loft, potential - and then I get smacked in the face with oh-so-bland "magazine modern" crap. No personality. The only cool part of their home is the library, with it's killer doors and fireplace. Then again - it is "Midwest Living" - I guess they have a target audience for a reason. However, I expect more excitement from AT -more personality and more unique homes in the featured posts!

I love this home. I get sick of the plastic and chrome of "Midcentruy modern" blah. This was warm, comfortable, and inviting. Lovely character.

I'm from Sioux Falls, and this loft is beautiful. I recognized it immediately from the breakfast table.
