Alison Rose had a booth at Renegade this year, and we had the pleasure of meeting the design duo, Alison and Nicholas. Although most of their work is wearable (not for our apartments), we spotted this hand-screened tote in their online store that has a sweet backstory rooted in art inspiration and family history. Called the "Robert Chair Tote," Alison Rose writes:
This print was inspired from the work of Robert Rauschenberg and my grandfather Robert's kitchen chairs, that I'm happy to now own.
The canvas bag is 15" x 16" (x 22" handles) and sells for $12.

Haha, this is fun! Thanks for the mention. My grandfather is giggling somewhere in the afterlife, seeing that his plain ol' kitchen chairs are being showcased online.
Thanks for the shout out! Renegade was a blast, it always is. If you havn't gone before, mark it on your calender for next year! We enjoyed meeting you guys, looks like you found some good stuff! We are in love with the artist, Dolan, last year we snagged a sweet piece of his work and are continued to be infatuated!
