Handmade silk screened prints from The Bird Machine have been dotting the city since 1998. From concert posters to festival, event, and business plugs, these printers make promotional information positively imaginative and curiously beautiful. Comprised of three printers, the machine includes Jay Ryan, Mat Daly, and Diana Sudyka. We saw that Bird machinist Jay Ryan is in this month's Ready Made, starting off the "Fine Print" article about four printmaking companies across the country.
