Vintage-Style Bathroom from Toast

This vintage-style bathroom from British catalog Toast had us thinking about ways to warm up our own bathroom with second-hand accessories. We love the tin boxes and trays, the basic white towels, and the natural tones. Click below for ways to get the same look in your loo...

I love Toast, I have bought clothes from them when I was in London. Super simple and high quality. The euro being what it is right now its out of my price range.

I think rusty or too-worn things should be used in moderation in the bathroom. I'd be afraid of my bare feet touching the floor. It just looks dirty.

Also, did anyone notice that the towel embellishments appear to be cut from talit? (Jewish prayer shawl) The idea of a ritual object being styled into something to dry your butt with seems somewhat inappropriate.

nomimaybe--your comment made me smile, but the fringed towels are likely traditional Turkish bath towels rather than made from a tallit. Same hemisphere, different origin--so at least from a cultural respect perspective, no worries.
