Cordillera Alpaca Throw at Garnet Hill

9-14-07cableknitthrow.jpg You know that cozy sweater you wear all fall until a tiny hole starts to form in the sleeve from the space where you hide your thumb? The Cordillera Alpaca Throw is a bed's version of that sweater.

Made from soft Alpaca yarn, the throw is 52 x 60 inches, just big enough for a folded blanket at the foot of the bed. We love the classic cable knit. It's available at Garnet Hill for $128.

Stitch Bed Linens, $139 - $159 at CB2

Ah! I just got to wear my Peruvian baby alpaca scarf for the first time this morning! It was a gift from a co-worker down there for business.

I honestly prefer it to cashmere.
