This headboard, in a bedroom designed by Montreal's FX Studio Design, bears an uncanny resemblance to two Mies Van der Rohe cantilever chair backs...
We love how the bent metal "chair backs" designate a place on the headboard for two people. What do you think about a DIY retrofit (using knockoffs, of course!)? Here's a photo of the Mies chair for reference:

Perhaps, it wasn't the best interpretation of Mies design but, very useful for the clients. Plus you can put the headboards on every side of the bed.
As for the bamboo wallpaper, it give warmth and texture to the room without being to expressive.
