NeoCon 2008: TG Couture Launch

The new line includes 41 pieces of furniture. It is inspired by couture fashion and incorporates luxury fabrics, fine wood and metal finishes. The pieces are made in America for VENU and are available through VENU's brand new permanent flagship showroom, Suite 1698 in the Merchandise Mart.

Brand new? That sofa looks like it was designed by Billy Haines, the dresser looks like Dorothy Draper, the coffee table looks like a Paul Mccobb, the high back armchair looks like it stepped out of restoration hardware.

I'm doing a post about this on Monday. The line is nice, but I was especially wowed by the jewel-toned fabrics in the showroom. They were gorgeous. I was exhausted after a long day at Neocon, but when I saw this showroom, it perked me up like an espresso.
