Target and Bed
Bath and Beyond
Garnet Hill
CB2
Target
Container Store
I had no idea Garnet Hill has a store.
It doesn't - I was referring to the website :)
I second Container Store for office and organizing items.
Also:
Restoration Hardware for their towels (no brand even comes close to RH regarding absorbancy and plushness, IMO)
If you don't mind the chaos...Marshall's or TJ Maxx for sheet sets, pillows and mattress pads, Bathroom hardgoods like garbage cans, shower organizers, etc.
From Kitchen towels, placemats, napkins down to doormats....I vote for the TAG outlet store.
Target is great, and I often buy sheet sets from either the Nordstrom's outlet or Overstock.com, but it's amazing how often I find myself running into K-Mart. Martha Stewart's line of towels and bathroom accessories is nice and very inexpensive and the addition of Craftsman tools makes it more of an all-purpose destination. In the last couple of months I've bought candles, counter-height chairs, a folding table, an a tablecloth there and been pleasantly pleased with all of them.
JC Penney has surprisingly great stuff. And I love Target, definitely!
