2008-03-25-april.jpgOur favorite space in the new Domino? Decorator Fawn Galli's brownstone. Starting on page 130, the piece on Galli's home inspired us with the combination of color, exotic textiles and shiny surfaces. Home to her small family, we're always up for seeing kid-friendly yet glamorous spaces like this. Jump below for more photos and a link to a full online slideshow...

I love how she personalized everything and used a variety of sources. Her home looks original and glam!

i agree that she was the more eye catching of the group, but overall, i thought this the most uninteresting Domino issue ever. i ran through it once, then tried again and tossed it. there was absolutely nothing i wanted to savor. B O R I N G.

That was also my favorite article in the magazine. I love the white with pops of color (but this is how my apartment is decorated...) The rest of the issue was so boring that I'm going to cancel my subscription after this year.

Drew Berrymore's space would have been more exciting except that every design website ran pics of it before I got my issue, which totally ruined it for me.

The article about organizing your purse was so bizarre - like I'm going to spend $200 on a keychain!

I couldn't agree more with the other posters. The issue was dullsville, as were the previous two I've received. I'm considering myself lucky -- the subscription was a free promo from Amazon.

This was totally the best part. In fact, that green chair has convinced me that I need to get a similar chair I have reupholstered in green velvet!

Love that main room with the deer, especially the way the light shines through and illuminates the lime green curtains.

What is up with the birdcage bed, though? Do you really want to feel like a bird while you're sleeping? Are birds particularly good sleepers (or, uh, fornicators)? Sometimes you just need to give the animal fantasy a rest (literally).
