Fresh Hotel in Athens is all about bright color accents- something translatable to all-white rental apartment bedrooms. The March issue of Living Etc has this to say about the style: "" Illuminated from head to to toe, the mix of pop art colour combinations and natural textures ensure the overall effect is design savvy rather than candy box nightmare. Pink, orange and yellow and lots of light are a perfect pick me up after the winters profusion of plum and chocolate shades. Playful pieces by Artemide, Starck and Kartell demonstrate a finger firmly on the design pulse." Take a peek below for more photos and hotel info...

Whoa! Hello! Molded shell chairs with castors!? Does anyone know where I could get one of these in the states or eastern Europe?

The Starck chair with casters is available on the Unica site.
I love this room -- does anyone know more about the long sofas?

I think it is attractive, but a little sterile for everyday. It is great for a hotel though - just not to live in!

^Yes, 'sterile' is always a good thing for a hotel room ;)

One of my favourite hotels in Athens. Great to see it posted here!

For some reason, I am having a hard time picturing this as staying white. Last time I was in Athens (2002), the pollution was terrible. We left our window open in the hotel, and when we moved the pillows on the bed, you could see two different shades of white.

hey, i stayed there on the last night of my honeymoon! it was very stylish and comfy (and small - there aren't that many guest rooms), but our room was nowhere near as big as the ones shown here :) no couch for us. i'd definitely go back. nice to see it featured!
