The Townhouse Hotel is all about simple, sun soaked style for the bedroom; according to the March issue of Living Etc: "Cliched they may be in any other setting, but red accents are used to brilliant effect at the Townhouse. In the bedrooms, a romantic look is created with flowered lampshades, vintage phones and rose-patterned curtains." Take a peek below for more inspiration photos and hotel info...

Normally, I love predominately white rooms, but, for some reason, this just seems cold to me. And yet, I've seen white rooms which were more minimal, yet still seemed warmer than these hotel pics.
Perhaps it's the particular shade of white chosen. I heard that picking the right shade of white is actually quite difficult.

David, I couldn't agree more. I would really like to see some softer elements in this space.
Maybe adding sheer curtains or just varying the textures a bit more would help.

it looks very uninviting and cheaply decorated.

Looks fine to me. A hotel room doesn't always have to scream glamour...especially on South Beach. You will most likely not be spending much time indoors. I'm from Miami, I know.

I'm not terribly impressed with the room, but when it's 90 degrees and really humid the room might actually feel nice.

I love the small table in front of the banquette. I've been looking for something like that.
Any suggestions?
