We love Sprout, too, and think it's a great spot to look for a Mother's Day gift, get you excited about some spring gardening products, and just a generally good place to wander around for inspiration and seasonally appropriate goods.
Although spendy, we love this L. Aquo stainless watering can ($106). We can't seem to let go of the small, brown plastic watering can our grandmother gave us years ago. Even so, there's just something about seeing a shiny new watering can that makes us excited for our most basic urban gardening.
Also noted in the mag's overview: owner Tara Heibel is opening up shop in Brooklyn this spring. We love when good things first start in the second city. Congrats, Tara!
