Sometimes there's nothing better than old-fashioned correspondence. On Saturday we got a card in the mail from a friend, and not only was it great to see a personal message in our friend's handwriting, but the card had a use as well (hooray for multi-use anything, really). The front of the card is a crossword puzzle, ours titled, "Small Talk."
When open, the tri-fold notecard includes two card panels for writing your message, and the third gives you answers (upside down with the reminder "don't peek!"...and the clues are on the back). We thought this idea was perfect, especially receiving it just in time for a cold winter's Sunday morning at home.
